A ROLE OF ANIMAL SCIENCE IN TRANSFORMATION OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY IN SIBERIA
Abstract
Overall results of the research employees worked at the Siberian Research Institute of Animal Husbandry over 1969-2014 are presented. Key research lines in animal husbandry are stated; breeding achievements, promising techniques and innovative technologies in nutrition of agricultural animals, mechanization of production processes, reconstruction of existing animal farms and construction of new ones are shown. The scientists of the Institute, who worked earlier and are working now, are mentioned.
