MODELING OF POLYCOMPONENT DISPERSE SYSTEMS

Abstract

A process of formulating pasty concentrate models has been described. It has been suggested to use the methods for modeling a “perfect product” profile in accordance with the presented scheme of basic modeling stages. The possibilities of marketing promotion for the pasty product have been analyzed using the SWOT analysis as a model of strategic marketing. Basic descriptors as to such characteristics of the product as consistency, taste, smell, and appearance have been singled out. As a result of questioning respondents carried out, the coefficient of significance for each descriptor has been calculated, and a portrait of “perfect pasty product” has been formed. The profile analysis of “perfect pasty product” characteristics as to indices singled out based on calculated average values has been presented. The values of confidence intervals calculated by conventional methods with the use of the Student’s test are given. The method for modeling a portrait of “perfect pasty concentrate” has been formed.
